We had issues with the car, we also have car shield, so we brought the car in to this shop. Ron stated that he would look into the problem and call car shield to see what is covered. Unfortunately the repairs the car needed did not qualify for car shield, so we told Ron we would pick the car up. When we came to pick up the car, we were told that we had to pay $143 for a pressure test. Not only is this place overpriced, they also want to make you feel uneducated. I was told "Don't you know you have to run a pressure test"? When it comes to mechanics, I will have to say it is not my cup of tea, so no, I did not know. Most places charge you around $55 plus tax for a pressure test, If Ron would have called and stated that such test needs to be run, and given me a price, I would have told him not to do so, but that option was never given to me, this shop did not have my permission to run this test, very unprofessional. If the option would have been given to me, I would have gone somewhere else, where they don't charge almost triple the amount. If you decide to use this place, make sure you let them know not to run any kind of test or do any kind of work to your vehicle, unless you give them permission.
