My "Water in Fuel" light kept coming on and subsequently a check engine light came on. I took the truck to Phil Long Ford and they told me I needed a Fuel Pump and an Exhaust Back Pressure sensor at a cost of over $1600. The truck was running pretty good except for the warning lights so I declined their repair, paid the $155 diagnostic fee and drove away. I found Phases on line and decided to let them do the work, am I glad I did. Alan said they would diagnosis before they would just do the repairs, am I glad they did. It did not need a fuel pump. It did not need a sensor. Marty drained the water that WAS in the fuel and replaced a cracked rubber hose to the sensor. Replaced fuel filters and added some BG fuel system additives. All lights are off and my costs were just little over $400. Am I ever glad I went to Phases. My F-350 diesel truck has found a new doctor.
Thank you Mr.Schroeder, we appreciate your business and feedback.
