Phases Automotive was very helpful and responsive to my repair needs and I would use them again.

We were out of luck and in a really bad situation when we found Phases. We live full time in our RV motorhome and we had a serious engine problem. I called several RV shops in Colorado Springs, and most of them couldn’t see us for a month. Even more still wouldn’t work on our vehicles engine because it was an ‘01 which was discouraging. We were fearful of what we were going to do. Someone recommended Phases and they got us in their shop the next day! We are also musicians and over the 4th of July holiday weekend we needed to get some of our gear out of the RV but they were closed. After messaging them, the owners, Jeff and Debbie, personally came and unlocked the doors on a Saturday and let us come in and grab our gear! They were very nice people. We were so grateful for them and their team of awesome mechanics, Rob and Casey. Everyone involved was very helpful and they rushed our repair as fast as they could. I would recommend them for their speed, fair pricing and hospitality. If we ever have another problem, we will definitely be back! Thanks Phases! Jesse and Ryann

My '05 GMC Sierra required brake pads/rotors turned,steering gear box,wheel bearings..it was all over the road. Phases did the work and our '05 Sierra is running as smooth as when we first bought it. Phases has truly,truly treated my family and our vehicles with unprecedented professionalism. Phases really is top- notch. They've services our '05 Sierra,our '99 Chevy Malibu,our '07 Hyundai Accent and our daughter's 2010 Chevy Cobalt. I must say,we have always been pleased with not just their work but the honesty and consideration they have toward their customer's. The company I've worked for for 25 years also utilizrs Phases Auto and Truck Service for their Fleet Maintenance. I have recommended Phases and will continue to recommend them. Casey and the technician Jason have been very helpful they had done a lot of work on my truck we had some weird issues come up but they have stood behind their work and helped try and figure out the problems which goes a long way in this world thank you
